At Evarno, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that international returns are sent at the customer's own risk. Evarno is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees associated with returns remain the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
