Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day whenever possible.
Please note that all products go through a short processing period before shipment.
Shipping Time
After processing, the estimated delivery time is:
👉 5–15 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays)
Total estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We work with trusted international carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery, including:
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
- Local postal services (depending on destination)
All orders include tracking information, so you can follow your package at any time.
Delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to:

- External factors beyond our control

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to:

- Clearance fees
These costs are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this to track your order in real time until delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Evarno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
