At Evarno, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or a refund by following the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Period

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date the product is delivered.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • be unused,

  • be in the same condition as received,

  • be returned in its original packaging.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are approximately $8 per package.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Inspection

30-Day Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all tags and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

  • The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will receive a full refund of the product price
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The product has been received, or
  • Valid proof of return shipment is provided

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Opened hygiene or personal items
  • Custom-made or personalized products

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
