GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – EVARNO
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal;
- Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, or profession;
- Day: calendar day;
- Ongoing transaction: a contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over time;
- Durable data carrier: any tool that allows information to be stored for future reference without alteration;
- Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period;
- Entrepreneur: the person or company offering products or services to consumers;
- Distance contract: a contract concluded without physical presence, using online or remote communication;
- Means of distance communication: any method used to conclude a contract without both parties being present;
- Terms and Conditions: these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer and agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before concluding a contract, these Terms will be made available to the consumer.
If this is not possible, they will be provided upon request free of charge.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Article 3 – The Offer
Offers are non-binding and may be changed.
Product descriptions are as accurate as possible.
Images are indicative and may differ slightly.
The offer clearly includes:
- Price (excluding import duties and taxes where applicable)
- Shipping costs
- Payment and delivery terms
- Return policy
- Duration of the offer
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer.
Electronic orders will be confirmed via email.
The entrepreneur may refuse orders if necessary.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may return products within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.
During this period:
- Products must be handled with care
- Only used to inspect the product
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- The consumer must notify us within 30 days
- The product must be returned within 30 days
Proof of return may be required.
If these conditions are not met, the purchase is final.
Article 6 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after:
- The product is received, or
- Proof of return is provided
Article 7 – Exclusion of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made products
- Personal or hygiene items once opened
- Perishable goods
- Opened software or media
Article 8 – Pricing
Prices will not increase during the validity of an offer, except due to legal changes.
Prices do not include:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Taxes
These are the responsibility of the consumer.
We are not liable for pricing errors.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products must meet reasonable expectations.
Defects must be reported within 30 days.
Warranty does not apply if:
- Products are misused
- Products are modified
- Damage is caused by improper handling
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.
Orders will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Estimated delivery time:
👉 5–15 business days
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
Article 12 – Duration Transactions
Subscriptions or ongoing agreements may be canceled with reasonable notice.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe.
Consumers must report incorrect payment details immediately.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after the issue is identified.
We aim to respond within 30 days.
Article 15 – Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
This does not affect consumer rights in their own country.
Article 16 – CESOP
Payment providers may process transaction data in accordance with European VAT regulations (CESOP).
